With a career spanning diverse industries—including insurance, learning and performance, non-profits, senior living, and financial services—Sarah has built a reputation for developing strong partnerships and delivering exceptional results. Her expertise includes business development and marketing, program management, facilitation, workforce development, and curriculum design.

A dynamic speaker, Sarah inspires audiences on topics such as workforce development, networking and sales, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), emotional intelligence, and leadership. She combines her professional expertise with a deep commitment to helping organizations build inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in Training and Development from Oakland University and a bachelor’s degree in Community Development from Central Michigan University. She is an active member of the MTD Professional Society and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, Sarah serves on the HR Advisory Board for Winning Futures, a nationally recognized and award-winning mentoring organization.
