Rachel has been with Orbis Holding Group for over 25 years and is an invaluable team member. She has navigated many areas of our organization including benefits and payroll and was our lead implementer for our new HCM software. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as the HR Operations Manager.

Rachel is responsible for being an inspirational leader who is a key part of the leadership team to help establish the vision of the business unit and engage and empower work teams to achieve significant growth and performance objectives.

Rachel is a leader both in and out of the workplace.  Advocating for her community, she has held leadership positions including Head Coach of Girls Youth Basketball (AAU), Assistant Coach of St. Clair Little League Girls Softball, St. Clair High School Building Captain for the Community Education Coalition. She was a proud member of the St. Clair High School Touchdown Club for varsity football and St. Clair High School Bullpen for varsity baseball.

Rachel is a certified master gardener and community supporter. She enjoys gardening, golfing, boating, cooking, and spending time with her wonderful family and amazing friends.
