Payroll & Compliance Manager

Natalie joined the Orbis family in 2008 after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Wayne State University. Her experience in administration and compliance has been an amazing asset to Orbis’ operations.

As the Payroll and Compliance Coordinator, Natalie oversees the entire payroll process.  Natalie’s attention to detail allows her to administer our partners’ payroll while maintaining the highest standard for federal and state regulations.

Natalie spends her day evaluating documents and processes for our partners to ensure compliance with US Department of Labor, Federal Labor and Standards Act, Employee Income Retirement Security Act, and requirements set forth by the Department of Homeland Security and the Internal Revenue Service. Additionally, she oversees the functionality of OrbisNet, our employee portal. She constantly evaluates its effectiveness and researches ways to improve. She is passionate about problem solving and helping our partners better manage their business.

As a leader both personally and professionally, Natalie’s innate ability to gather individuals for a common goal is demonstrated by her involvement with the St. Clair Harbor Club, St. Jude’s, and the Humane Society of Michigan.  When Natalie isn’t hard at work, you can find her spending time with friends and family on the water and enjoying the outdoors.
