As our dedicated Employee Benefit Coordinator, Jolene plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our clients’ employee benefit programs. Jolene’s day-to-day operations include enrollments and terminations, maintaining employee files and databases, and the maintenance of the benefits component of payroll, ensuring accurate deductions and seamless integration with employee benefit plans. With expertise in adhering to benefit compliance standards, Jolene ensures that our clients’ benefits administration runs smoothly and efficiently.

As the Employee Benefits Coordinator, Jolene manages more than 40 of our clients’ benefit programs including group health, dental, and vision plans, 401K plans, life insurance plans, accident and disability plans, flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts.

A key part of Jolene’s responsibilities includes coordinating our clients’ benefit renewals and Open Enrollments yearly. By effectively communicating any plan changes, costs, and premiums, Jolene ensures a seamless transition for employees while helping clients select the best possible plans tailored to theirs and their employees’ needs.

Jolene continues to be an active member in the SHRM, where she originally fell in love with the field of HR.

When Jolene is out of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, getting involved in recreational sports such as golf, softball, and volleyball, and finding new recipes to cook.
