Tax Manager

Tamy has been an essential member of the Orbis family since 2000. With over 25 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of tax code and compliance procedures, she is a vital asset to Orbis’ operations.

As the Tax Manager, Tamy oversees the entire tax compliance process.  She’s responsible for keeping our client’s compliant with various local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Tamy spends her day supporting various internal audits and special tax related projects, monitoring legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicating the effects of these developments to management, and creating strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation. Tamy is an expert in reconciling benefits, garnishment processing, timekeeping systems, and 401k and is instrumental in resolving payroll tax resolutions.

With her attention to detail, she continuously looks for opportunities to improve company tax procedures and collaborates with the operations team to develop efficiencies.

Tamy has served as President of the Auxiliary Fraternal Order of Eagles for the last 3 years and in her spare time, you can find her on the golf course or spending time with family and friends.
