Sarah runs the day-to-day operations at Orbis and is our strategic partner champion. She is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among all our business partners. She is enthusiastic about solving problems, communicating needs, and creating synergy, especially as a member of the Executive Leadership team.

Over 15 years, Sarah has enjoyed a career of developing strong partnerships in a variety of industries: insurance, learning and performance, non-profit, senior living, and financial services. Her roles included program management, program facilitation, workforce development, mentoring, and curriculum development. Sarah is passionate about helping others through powerful interactions and relationships.

Additionally, Sarah is a dynamic and inspirational speaker. Her speaking engagements include train-the-trainer events, college presentations, webinars, and professional association meetings.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in training and development from Oakland University and a bachelor’s degree in community development from Central Michigan University. She holds a seat on the Young Leader Board of Directors for the Detroit Economic Club, (Chair – Speaker Committee) and is a proud member of the MTD Professional Society and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Most recently, Sarah was honored as 2021 Rising Star with the Detroit Economic Club and WJR Radio.

When Sarah is out of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, theater, and comedy shows. She is a proud advocate for human rights and gender equality.
