As the Customer Service Specialist, Sarah efficiently maintains all employee unemployment and workers compensation claims, updates employee handbooks, and manages FMLA requests. Her passion for employee relations has earned her an impeccable reputation within the human resource community. With customer service as her top priority, Sarah is always looking for ways to improve the client experience through updated policies and best practices.
Sarah’s natural ability to connect to others has helped her become a role model in her community. She is a proud member of the Port Huron Moose Lodge and has actively participated in her local yacht and Eagle Club. She engages in community events including programs to help children, women, and families.
When Sarah is not at work, you will most likely find her on a beach soaking up the sun.
