Sarah began her exciting career at Orbis in 2018. Her experience in the customer service allows her to forge valuable relationships with Orbis partners. She is our go-to problem solver.

As the Client Engagement Specialist, Sarah provides both proactive and reactive support to Orbis clients and team members by handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. She continues to efficiently maintain all employee unemployment and workers compensation claims, update employee handbooks, and manage all FMLA requests. Her passion for employee relations has earned her an impeccable reputation within the human resource community. With customer service as her top priority, Sarah is always looking for ways to improve the client experience through updated policies and best practices.

Sarah’s natural ability to connect to others has helped her become a role model in her community. She is a proud member of the Port Huron Moose Lodge and has actively participated in her local yacht and Eagle Club. She engages in community events including programs to help children, women, and families.

When Sarah is not at work, you will most likely find her on a beach soaking up the sun.
