Rob’s energy and passion for human resource management makes him an excellent addition to the Executive Leadership team at Orbis Holding Group. Since joining the team in 2010, Rob has positively affected our client’s growth and development strategies. Rob is responsible for all engagement activities including employee relations, onboarding, and optimizing software.

His remarkable experience includes training and development, employee and labor relations, policy formulations, workforce planning and employment, strategic management, and compensation.

Rob is a tremendous leader and serves as a mentor and coach to the Orbis service department. He and his team work collaboratively and are adept at problem-solving and resolving issues.

As an active member in the community, Rob volunteers and supports the Alzheimer’s Association and Samaritas.

Rob is a proud member of the Detroit Economic Club and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Rob loves boating, spending with family and friends, and cruising on his motorcycle.
