Renae is the newest member of the Orbis family and brings 15 years’ experience in administrative work. She has excelled in various fields including project management, benefits, human resources, agriculture, and the health care.  Renae is responsible for overseeing all benefit related matters including agent interface, details, and implementation.

Renae manages more than 50 employee benefit programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits.  Detail orientated and relationship driven, Renae oversees employee benefit open enrollments, statistical data relative to premiums, claims and costs for all our clients

A Texas native, Renae holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resource Management.  She is a proud advocate for human equality and animals. You can find her volunteering for great causes including Habitat for Humanity, Race for the Cure, and Buddy Wall.

Renae loves living in Michigan and when not at work, enjoys spending time with loved ones, playing games, binging TV series, and going on road trips.
